Online residents' portal for household waste
The online resident portal is your personal digital environment. In the portal, you can check for yourself how often you dispose of your residual waste. You can also view the waste calendar in the portal.
Tip: download the residents' portal as an app on your mobile phone. You can download the app Uithoorn Residents' Portal in the App Store (in Dutch) or the app Uithoorn Residents' Portal in Google Play (in Dutch).
Logging into the residents' portal
Go to the residents' portal using the button below. Use the number on your waste card and your password to log in.
Direct to residents' portal (in Dutch).
Tip: regularly visit the residents' portal to see what's new!
Have you lost or forgotten your password? Or have you not logged into the residents' portal before? Are you unable to request a new password via 'forgot password' on the login page?
Request a new residents'portal password (in Dutch).
We still need to manually verify your application; we do this for security reasons. This ensures that both we and you are certain that your password matches your waste pass and your address. Due to this verification, it may take up to six working days for you to receive your password.
Tip: After logging in, link your email address in the resident portal. The next time, you can change your password yourself in the resident portal via 'forgot password'.
First, check if the pass scan was indeed registered incorrectly. You can do this in the resident portal under 'my offers'.
Is an attempt listed in the residents' portal, but the drum did not open? Send an email to gemeente@uithoorn.nl, with date, number and time of taps you want to undo, your waste pass number and your address.
In the resident portal, you are redirected to the Cyclus website for the waste calendar. On the Cyclus website, at the bottom of the waste calendar, it is explained how to set up notifications (the button: 'add to calendar').
It works like this: the collection schedule (the waste calendar) in your agenda is loaded onto your smartphone. Your agenda then sends you reminders.
Make sure, via your phone's settings, that you can receive notifications from the app you use to read your email.
